Worked out tonight for the first time in quite a while and it felt great. I definitely have been lucky that most of my weight loss so far has been just from changing what I eat and how much I eat. (diet instead of regular soda, less snacking, portion control, etc) I’m at a loss of about 35 pounds now with just 10 to go until I reach my goal weight so I’m going to pick back up the exercise and really focus on toning up from here and pushing myself that extra bit to get those last 10 pounds gone.
I also tried on a size 6 pair of jeans the other day and fit into them magically. I’m just speechless about it really.
